Excellent. The hairdresser was extremely professional throughout. I explained what I wanted and she went above and beyond even though it took up a lot more of her time. She was chatty, friendly and knew exactly what to do for me. I left Snips look and feeling Great!!! 10 out of 10. I would recommend Snips to All!
