Since Mum has had the ladies from Helping Hands visiting her daily, we have been very pleased with the care they have given her, and kindness they have shown to her. Their help is enabling her to remain living in her own home, and also to have someone to talk to and interact with every day, especially as we don't live close by to our Mum. I recommend the team at Watford to anyone needing care for their loved one. They are trustworthy, arrive on time and always cheerful.
I've worked for Helping Hands for several months now and I really enjoy working as part of the local team. I was warmly welcomed by everyone from the start and offered help and advice at every turn. The work is hugely rewarding, and there is a keen sense of both making a difference to people's lives and being supported and looked after by the office team. I haven't looked back!
The Ladies at Helping Hands Watford have been caring for my Mum for a number of years now. In my Mum's case they visit a couple of times a day to provide meals, personal hygene / general care plus they do housework when required & help her with mobility exercises. It is my Mum's wish to be able to continue to live in her home for as long as she is safely able to & Helping Hands are enabling her to do just that. The Watford Team are very reliable & show an admirable attention to detail in meeting both Mum's needs & in their liason with my family over her care. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them. I’ve been working for Helping Hands for a few months and it’s one of the best decisions I have made! The office staff and management are so supportive, helpful and understanding as well as all the other carers! All the customers and their families are so lovely and make work such a joy
I got a very very bad experience from this agency staff. After attend the face to face interview for care assistant job they asked me to pay for my DBS because that they already sent a link to proceed the DBS check, after I paid and confirm with them they are saying that as they are not accepting standard DBS checks, and then finally sent mail them to confirm which DBS i have to take, they are saying that they’ve decided not to proceed my application because of communication skills and they selected someone instead of me. But I am ok with that atleast they can confess on the first stage before going to these stages, i just waste my valuable time almost 3weeks and money spending with these things. But god grace I got a better job near to me.
I have been working for Helping Hands Watford branch for several months now and I wish I had found them earlier! I absolutely love my job, the office staff and all my lovely customers.

Helping Hands Watford is an amazing team to work for ... everyone is treated equally and professionally Everything is amazing from staff to clients they are all wonderful and I'm happy to work with this team.
Staff are lovely and will help each other out. Manager and care co will support all staff members 100%. Carers work well together.
