I joined Caremark in April last year and ever since I found the management very patient and understanding. The office team listened to me as well as the needs of the clients I am caring for. They have supported me in providing the best care services we could as well as an opportunity and encouragement to progress to Level 3. I recommend this company to both clients as well as care workers who are not just looking for a job but career progression and personal development. Thank you Dana, Suchi and the rest of the team.
Caremark is a great company to work for. I have worked for them for one year now and I very happy with the help they have always offered me. I always received great support from the management as well as the appropriate training. The working culture is amazing, we work as a big united team and we care after each other's well being. Overall, Caremark is a company that definitely CARES after their employees as well as their customers.

Caremark Watford & Hertsmere is the BEST care team! Excellent services provided from the office by Dana, Shuchi and Vic 'till the carers who are very nice and respectful colleagues, caring for the others and great care providers. With pleasure I am returning to the office and is nice to see all those friendly faces! Definitely, I would recommend Caremark!
I started to work for Caremark as a care worker.In few months time Caremark Management Dana and Shuchioffered me the position as Care Field Supervisor.All the support and encouragement i have received from this amazing team,from the beginning until now made me feel as i am part of a family! All the things i have learned and all my achievements where possible only because i have learned from the best Care Manager! I have been working for a year together with the wonderful team of the young and professionally trained team of Caremark .Mutual assistance and correctness of the management staff as well as of colleagues. Proud to be part of staff.
Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews. There all from there staff members who have been told to review. The company is a complete joke and treat there clients like dirty. We have used plenty around the Watford area and cats mark are quite frankly not even worth the 1 stars. If you do use them don’t speak to the manger as she is rude as hell and always check you bill as they WILL over charge you by £1000s
