Lovely tour, proper working brewery. Not just paying to see a one hour ad our tour guide Sue was very good and knowledgeable. The sampling at the end was great.
Great informative tour. Our tour guide Symone was very friendly and had great knowledge of the ales/beers as well as the history of the brewery, as she has worked there for multiple years - this made it more personal which was nice too. The sampling at the end was generous as you could taste the majority of beers on cask and tap, as well as bottle around 1/4 of a pint each until you asked for your next sample, plenty of top ups The only thing I’d suggest that would be a nice touch from Fullers is a free souvenir such as a half pint glass, as most brewery tours I’ve been to do this - but not all are as generous as Fuller’s sampling, which is the best part of any brewery tour. Great tour all round, I’ll probably visit again in the future as it was good for the price and we felt very welcomed by the staff!

Tour was ok. Tour guide knew his stuff but it felt sterile and like we didn't see the real brewery. In the hock bar we ended early as the shop was closing. Disappointing, would have expected better from Fuller's.
Proper brewery tour of a proper English brewery.
Great tour with our guide Colin! Interesting, not too complicated, really had a nice time. The voucher at the end for the shop and of course the beer tasting are both a nice touch.
Fascinating tour of the brewery. This is a working industrial factory where you will see beer making as it was hundreds of years ago and as done today. Including a robot picking and stacking the barrels and kegs. Good beer tasting with a wide selection.
Had the most interesting tour very familiar to the fuller's beer even the champion ales superb collection in the shop didn't know where to start would say the best tour I've been definitely coming back again........
