Nice food nice wine nice service. Disappointed 2 of the roasts weren't available however, it was 5pm when we arrived... but could have told us or took it off menu rather than wait until we ordered it. Overall, 4/5... would recommend - but wasn't quite as nice as previous visits a few months ago when it was 5/5 every time
Food used to be excellent. Maybe we went late in the day. Hardly veg options left and nut roast not good. Shame as was the best roast in Hanover…
Amazing food. Gambas Pil PIl Prawns to start along with baked Camembert - homemade steak pie and baked Eggs with chorizo for mains. Great beer and wine. Lovely atmosphere and serving staff. Highly recommend. More than just pub food - lovely evening and money well spent :-

Really nice pub, went here for Sunday roast. Really tasty and juicy meat, with extra cauliflower cheese and gravy.
