The best roast in Brighton I've ever had, and I've had a lot. Has recently been refurbished and along with it looking nicer, the staff are better. Also perfect to watch the sunset. I almost didn't write this review because I wanted to keep it all to myself. Fantastic food, fantastic service, good beer; it's worth the climb up the hill.
