Delighted to return to this venue being back in the area for the day to see it’s still being ran by the same team. Great service in a well maintained pub, food was top standard and was excellent value for money. Well done to the manager(Jo I believe) hopefully my work will see me in the area sooner rather than later for my next visit

Probably the worst customer service I've experiences for over a decade. The bartender was rude and unwilling to resolve a simple matter; quoting "brand standards" at me in the process. I had ordered two glasses of lemonade for myself and the wife. The barman shovelled half a glass of ice into the glass and topped it up with a measly amount of lemonade. My wife didn't even want ice! After taking a slight sip, I asked if the barman could top it up. He said he could but he'd have to charge me for another glass full! When I brought the subject of not wanted ice in the original glass, he simply tipped a full glass away and gave me a new ice-free glass. What a waste! It wasn't resolved very well and to be honest, the food was awful too (however my father-in-law was given a 30% reduction in price). I'd avoid this place like the plague in future. Oh and you have to pay for parking! Fair enough, the £1 isn't extortionate, but still.

A very busy and popular pub in a residential area of Solihull. It retains a cosy ambience and the dining areas are spacious. They play some great music in the Greville, but you can still hold a conversation. The food is very Good, and the service quick even at busy times. The waiting and bar staff are genuinely welcoming. I use the pub three days a week.

Our burgers were too burnt, very poor service by the unfriendly staff, portions were rather small for the price paid. I recommend not eating here!
