Very nice atmosphere, drinks are priced well and pool queues/tables are good quality. Staff are polite and come over frequently to take orders on the tablet.nnI did overhear the manager talking down to a few of the staff, which I found to be quite unprofessional and rude. Which I suppose might explain the frequent new staff. Glad they are still able to have a smile on their face regardless, hopefully that's not a day to day occurrence.
Attended today with my 8 year old just after midday, wasn’t terribly busy as it had just opened, my child was hungry so order him some southern fried strips and I ordered the sweet potato fries with cheese, was shocked about the quantity offered a small skillet bowl and the melted cheese on top was terrible at a cost of approx £5. Not the first time the food here has been shockingly bad.
Service is always brilliant staff are very attentive, asked multiple times if needed any refills or food throughout our visit. Pool tables were great as per usual
Arian the chef cooked the most amazing chips and his customer service was excellent and his professional manner and politeness makes Reilly’s a pleasure to come to. Promotion should be incoming. I insist a bonus would be most appropriate. Yours sincerely Aly xxx
Elysha was brilliant during our visit to Rileys Solihull — friendly, quick, and always smiling. She kept the drinks coming with great service and made us feel really welcome. A real credit to the team!
