A massive massive thank you to all the staff at the green lady for being so patient kind and helpful whilst we had my nephews christening in the function roomnnNothing was ever a bother to the staff they were on hand to help whenever we needed specially when there was so many of us ordering food and drinks it came fast and was HOT which is always a good sign. Huge thank you to Leia always asking if we were ok and how our food was and if we had everything we needed. And great big thank you to Simone for letting me set up Sunday morning making sure the room was clean and free for me to get set up for the christening.nnI would recommend the staff the management team and the function room at the green lady to everyone.nThank you for your service and being so friendly to me and all my family
Over the past couple of years this has become our regular for meeting up with friends and eating out. Simon, Matt, Holly and the rest of the staff are superb, nothing is ever too much trouble and they're very accommodating. Service is swift and I can honestly say I've not had a bad meal here in all my visits, which I can say is generally weekly at this point.nnThe beer garden is a good size and the bar itself is quite spacious, dotted around the bar there are several large screen TV's to watch a variety of sports. In addition to the bar there is also a function room that can be hired for a multitude of events just ask at the bar for further details. At times it can be quite busy which is down to how popular this place is, but the staff work tirelessly to ensure that service is as efficient as it possibly can be and that their customers leave happy.
Very lovely staff, not too busy or quiet. Their Halloween decorations this year are amazing, love it.nThe food was really good and reasonably priced.nOverall an amazing place to go for lunch/dinner with a friendly, kind atmosphere from staff.
Mine & my partner first time eating in the green lady caerphilly the food was out of this world the staff are amazing including the chefs the atmosphere is great would highly recommend coming here for food and entertainment Mel & Mark
I found the food really nice but my partner didn't. I'm guessing the young woman behind the bar was the manager as she wasn't wearing the same as the other 2 girls and she was absolutely brilliant, kind, helpful, and a real credit to your establishment. I think we will visit again due to how nice and helpful the manager was!
