Bought a diamond and aquamarine Edwardian ring for our 2nd wedding anniversary. I was away at the time and worried my wife would see how much I'd spent (currently under strict budget rules). The ring arrived in the post in lovely packaging with a nice description sans invoice (which was electronic via email). She opened it on the day and loved it. I purchased a piece online from the 1800s as a last minute gift for mothering Sunday, yesterday at a very reasonable price after some wonderful and helpful correspondence via email. The piece arrived very securely packaged today (!) via Royal Mail Signed For Guaranteed Before 1pm Delivery. Upon opening the package that had three layers of secure wrappings, I found that my very delicate item was enclosed in a beautiful, professional jewelers box and securely fastened inside. The piece blew me away. Not only was it more beautiful than pictured online (which I considered to be near-impossible due to the photography being very detailed and honest), it arrived in the exact condition specified along with a high quality, enveloped, modern thank you card with a full description of the piece that I had purchased, which I also intend to give to Mother as provinence for the piece. On top of the high quality packaging, beautiful piece and wonderful service, the package also came with a prepaid, signed for return postage bag, so if for any reason I was unhappy with my purchase, the return process would be painless, easy and at no cost to myself. My whole experience of purchasing from The Antique Jewellery Company start to finish was overwhelmingly positive. I will definitely be purchasing from you again. Thank you for the wonderful, very fast transaction.

I have made 2 purchases in the last couple of years - a beautiful aquamarine and diamond ring, a triple diamond ring and a lovely Art Deco locket. The service has been amazing, the products are exactly as described and photographed. I would have no qualms recommending to anyone.

Great customer service! I needed to put a hold and downpayment on my item until travelling to the UK to inspect it in person and they were most accommodating. I would definitely shop with the Antique Jewellery Company again!
