Vibrant, multicultural art experience. Spent about 40 minutes watching the artists at work and a stroll through the tunnel. A lot to see, so it could take you longer. It's our third visit.nBars & other entertainment under thr arches. A 5 minute walk from Waterloo station.nTurn left outside the station, stay on that side, follow the path left and you're there.nA 2 minute walk to the Eye if you fancy a leisurely stroll along Southbank & the Thames.
As a business owner, I truly appreciate spaces that are well-managed while still allowing creativity to thrive—and this place does exactly that. The way street artists share the space with respect for one another’s work speaks volumes about the culture that’s been built here.nEvery mural feels intentional and thoughtfully placed, not chaotic or careless. It’s inspiring to see a creative environment that balances freedom with mutual respect. This kind of space adds real value to the community, encourages positive expression, and shows what’s possible when creativity is supported the right way.
Absolutely amazing place. Great atmosphere and so much to see and take in!nSome brilliant graffiti work. Some of which had been ruined by other less talented people spraying over it! A shame really.nGreat to see people at work too.nCalled in to a brilliant bar under the arches for a beer! Advertised as ‘Soup of the Day’! Staff in their were very friendly and helped us make our choice of beer which didn’t disappoint.
What a beautiful place !nLeake Street Arches is a fantastic spot, especially if you enjoy street art and creativity. The entire tunnel is covered in vibrant, ever-changing graffiti, giving the place an exciting, urban atmosphere. Every visit feels different, as new artworks appear all the time. It’s a great place to walk through, take photos, and appreciate the talent and energy of London’s street art scene. A truly unique and colourful corner of the city!
