This place has something to offer to everyone... with street shows, cinema halls, including the historic Odeon, theatres, restaurants/ bars, plenty of options to choose from.nWe just loved sitting on a bench in the central park, and enjoyed watching the vibrant atmosphere around.
What an amazing place to visit. So interesting and diverse. Well worth looking up, even if it is just for that all important photo of Paddington, or Gene Kelly
Leicester Square is one of London’s busiest and most iconic spots, known for its cinemas, bright lights, street performers, and buzzing energy. It's the heart of West End entertainment, perfect for catching a movie premiere, grabbing food, or just people-watching. While it can get very crowded, especially at night, the atmosphere is lively and exciting, making it a must-see for first-time visitors to London.
Wonderfully whimsical! So many cool statues, we were on the hunt for them all. Playing football, Liveaid, or another concert when we visited. Nice fountain in the middle.
Lovely park with cool statues of famous figures my favorite was Mary Poppins! + has plenty of seating. Lots of trees so the temperature is a bit cooler. Some of the statues were not there at the time of my visit.nOverall a great place to relax and is absolutely worth the detour!
