Took grandchildren aged 11 and 8 who were engrossed from the moment we stepped into the first hall. Every wall and even the floors and the ceilings were screens showing well known works of art, slightly animated. There was a wow factor everywhere you looked! We spent about 30 minutes in each hall, able to move on when we wanted. The staff were really helpful and engaged. It felt like they were all glad to work there. We enjoyed a snack lunch at the cafe - only a Fiver each for a good sized croissant with cheese or ham and tomato. Tap water freely available.

I bought tickets to this as I was traveling with early adults 22-25 and I wanted to expose them to some culture that didn’t involve a museum. Taken as a whole this experience was meh.  Kind of interesting but was not interesting enough. Came in at opening time 1100- so it was nice to go from Room to room without bumping into lots of people. I think the British museum is better value for money.

Really enjoyed our visit the whole experience was magical the staff were friendly and the gift shop was really nice too.nDefinitely worth the money as great for adults and children.nSens friendly sensory days are also available which is nice to see inclusion.nI see myself going again as it was such a brilliant experience and an excuse to have a day in London

Amazing. We had a fabulous time sitting and enjoying all 4 galleries. It's easy to navigate and there is some seating in each section. There are also some fold out stools available if you need a seat. Each room has a different theme and each one is fantastic in its own right. We also had a reasonably priced drink there. You could have taken a break and gone back round, it is that enjoyable. Plenty of toilets too and everywhere was clean. The staff were really welcoming. Well worth the visit.

Much better than anticipated. Thought it would be cheesy.nn4 rooms of art and music. Very good audio systems and stunning visuals. They told a story with each piece of art and I thought the experience was exceptional.nnWould recommend for the price. Can spend 2 hours here and with a coffee shop and fast WiFi.
