Sat on my own at the bar minding my own business. Some guy starts shouting if I have a problem with him. Said no and what is he going on about and why he thinks that. Got thrown out. Definitely a place if your face doesn’t fit. Been here a few times with friends without problems in the past until now. Will avoid from now on.

I love this traditional pub, in its town setting. Great that you can have real ale flights and test the ale out. Good food, nice staff. A breath of fresh air for its individuality

Traditional English pub in the centre of Bournemouth. Great pub food, selection of 10 plus ales and beers. Lovely friendly casual environment. It also has a lovely beer garden. Major sports are shown without being too intrusive if you are not overly interested. Basically the best traditional pub in town. Highly recommended.

Always a good selection of beer and friendly service. I just wish that there would be fewer people there on a Friday night so that I can get a seat a bit quicker.
