A fantastic village pub with such a warm, friendly welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. A great variety of drinks, including cask ales. Varied nights of entertainment, which makes it well worth visiting.

Recently this is the best pub in swanwick, plenty of drinks to choose from and at an affordable price. There are food options on certain nights and entertainment at the weekend.  There is a pool table and darts board. And plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.  The parking has been massively reduced which is a big downfall as the parking now holds about 6-7 cars.

Great pub atmosphere and very polite staff

Very loud music on a Friday night and over the weekends that you can hear down on Charnwood Road in Swanwick, some people have infants and are trying to get couple hours of sleep at least!!! I can't even imagine how loud it is for people who live opposite!! No respect for others!

The perfect pub. Over the lockdown period it seems a lot renovating work has taken place to the interior and exterior of the property. It's fresh, clean, with a modern touch, and above all very welcoming. The member of staff serving bar was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable The only shame is that we didn't have time to try the food. 10/10 we will definitely be returning.

Lovely family country pub! From Quiz nights with a hot meal on a Wednesday to a friendly pool night. Enjoy a drink from a selection of real ales or even a wine and cheese board, they have something to suit all :
