First time visiting The Galley Hall today and definitely not the last! nAmazing food, great atmosphere and really friendly service. The place has a proper cosy pub feeling inside, and the portions were spot on.nReally enjoyed the visit and will 100% be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good pub with quality food and nice vibe.
Had a fantastic meal here recently. The atmosphere is lovely and everything we ordered tasted incredibly fresh.nnThe mac and cheese was a real highlight for me, especially with those perfectly toasted, grilled bread slices on the side. Every dish was presented beautifully and hit the spot. We will definitely be back soon.
A hidden gem perfect after a morning exploring the area. Sunday roast is delicious too bad we didn't have space for desert.
Never disappoints, we've been here countless times with visiting friends/relatives. We've held a 30th surprise birthday here in the function room and most recently, we came here for our anniversary lunch. It was a Monday lunchtime and the specials were insanely tasty and very generous in portion size too.
Good access, just off main route and plenty parking. Traditional country pub and loads of comfortable seats at tables for 2,4,6 and more. Was busy lunchtime and staff were friendly and professional. Menu was varied and specials and snacks included. Service was quick and good was served hot. Jacket potato plate was plentiful but soft skin let it down. Other food at table was well received.
