Sales experience was great, very relaxed and not pushy but helpful information when asked. Ordered suite and carpets under one roof, excellent. Carpet was fitted by 3 great fitters, really pleased with results. Suite was delivered within about 3 weeks of order. Delivery was brilliant, Craig and Martin were very efficient and helpful. David was amazing from start to finish, he helped me choose the best one for my budget, style and could get delivered to me the quickest, as well as answering any questions I had. Came into the store looking to buy a new sofa, Ryan was very helpful at explained my sizes and ways I could get the couch, massive range of couches to pick with multiple fabrics and colours, also very helpful that they will deliver couch after I have had my carpets fitted from the carpet shop inside! Thanks for all your help and I’ll definitely be back for any other furniture needs!!

David helped with the confusion of new bed and mattress buying. Lovely guy. We bought 2 beds & mattresses which they will make size to order and a beautiful Thrown Chair. Highly recommend this company

Absolutely disgusting customer service, told 6wks then 8wks, now 14 weeks for 2 sofas!! Say phone back and then don't! . They were  complaining and arguing too me cos he has loads of orders!! Well you got one less now cos I've cancelled. Don't bother going "local', go to bigger company that appreciates your business .. Disgusting company do not recommend

Wow! Huge range of soft furnishings and carpets. Used these guys a number of times on sofas and beds and always go back for a look around. Great staff and a deal always to be done ! Keep up the good work guys , be back soon !

Amazing quality products, great service and very helpful staff, especially when advising on carpets and flooring. Would definitely recommend, we have used The furniture superstore multiple times and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I got my sofas from The Furniture Superstore the quality is amazing and had no issues still 5 years later,, the staff was more then brilliant when helping me pick out the sofa that was right for me. Would definitely recommend!
