A week ago I called in the fragrance shop in skelmersdale and bought Brittany perfume for my granddaughter unfortunately so did another member of the family so today 6th November I called in to ask could I exchange it for something else I had no receipt because when I bought it was told only electronic receipt which I haven't received . I'm feeling rather insulted as the lady at the shop implied without a receipt I could have bought it else where .I'm a disabled older lady with severe walking abilities. The deputy manager who served me surgested to call again tomorrow to see manager but it's so difficult for me getting around .how sad that she obviously thought I was dishonest. I will not be using your shop ever again
Excellent. I used click and collect and my purchase was ready for me to collect within 30 mins.
