They have a few spaces for parking and also a bay for the disabled. The restaurant/pub was quite busy but staff tried their best to attend to everyone and were polite. The food in general was wonderful but I wouldn't be having the steak again any time soon. They were cooked properly just as ordered but tasteless. The menu had a wide range of meals available to choose from and there was quite a large selection of drinks - fine wine, sparkling drinks and beverages. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean and safe. Children have items to keep busy, and so do adults. There is a section where you can eat and drink outside. I'm not such about smoking as I didn't observe anybody smoking. I didn't get to use the rest rooms either. I would recommend and hope to dine again there.
Me and my 2 children had a great meal here today! Staff were so welcoming and lovely! Such a nice lady behind the bar, having little chats with the kids, and even offered to take a family photo of us, as she saw me struggling to take one lol. The gentleman who served us our food was great too! Encouraging my son to eat his dinner and giving high fives. Overall such a lovely experience! Definitely family friendly. I would recommend! Thanks so much, keep up the great work guys!
We got a kids breakfast, a breakfast wrap, and I tried to order something from the gluten free menu that wasn't available. It took a little while to sort, but it wasn't a "wait while we sort" wait, it was a "talk me through so I know exactly what's going on" sort. And it probably didn't take that long to sort out, it just felt like it because they were clearly understaffed despite it being quiet. I got the "naked cheeseburger", and mentioned that I was a bit disappointed at having to order it, because it always looks a bit sad baked potato, burger, salad bits. Rudy confirmed what I wanted and needed a few times before heading to the kitchen, and when I got my food it was beautifully presented! It might sound like a little thing, but it also confirmed the attention to detail and effort needed when dealing with allergies. Also if you like runny yolks we do, the fried egg on the breakfast was perfect.
Worst hungry horse I've been too, food took 1hour 20mins and the customer next to me waited longer and found a hair in their food, the staff offered us a free desert which was nice however the sponge n custard still had the paper left on the bottom. The staff seemed friendly however they need to get a grip on managing it better.
Had a great time here on Sunday, booked a table for seven. It was really busy and poor bloke was on his own at first running around doing everything, bless him, so had a bit of a wait to order food but all staff were really friendly and made you really welcome. Food was lovely and great value for money. Definitely will be returning again.
This family-friendly local pub is under new management and we couldn't be happier with this turn of events as we had been dissapointed and stopped going a year ago! Food and drinks were all spot on, kids got a free drawing kit to occupy themselves, service was excellent and quick and in all honesty, I haven't found such reasonably priced menu anywhere else in my 8 years in London. We'll definitely be regulars here!!
Very warm friendly atmosphere. The bar man was very helpful and friendly. Waiter service was good and we were asked if we enjoying our meal and again after we finished. So customer service spot on no complaints there. The food was excellent and presented well The only thing which is a pet hate of mine bagged salad it is never at its freshest. I had to discard some lettuce leaves. My meal was excellent and tasty macaroni cheese.
Absolutely fantastic, came here twice within a few weeks of each other, on Fridays too. Service was brilliant, think I spoke to the manager and had a good laugh each time with him despite the second time he was quite busy. Food was amazing, I highly recommend the halloumi fries / fingers, honestly I've never had better! First time I had the sharing mini burgers, huge portion of thin chips, and 6 mini burgers. Second time I had a quadzilla burger. Never have I had a better range of burgers on each occasion. I haven't parked in their parking area yet as we decided to park down the road instead but it didn't look too bad as I drove passed it and the road next door gas enough parking spaces as well. Prices seemed really good too for the drinks and food you get. Alcohol isn't pricey, soft drinks are decent too and portion sizes are above what you pay for food in my opinion We will definitely be coming back in a couple of weeks on our date nights!
This was the worse hungry horse so far I had been to. The inside looked very old and uncleaned. Food was cold and not properly cooked. I felt like vomiting after a bite from the chicken from my meal. The Nachos was not great either. The only thing I enjoyed was the chicken wings which was good. The staff who attended to me was nice and was ready to offer me another meal but I just felt it might just be the same unpleasant meal. I am obviously not going back there again.
Assistant manger was very rude and told us that we couldn’t use the mobile app as she didn’t want to leave the bar , she made one of her staff start early to serve us. The food took ages to come out and the table to a long time to get cleared after we finished Edit: I don’t know if you have the wrong person but not once was anyone rude or abusive towards your staff and there was definitely no swear words were used . There is no issue with the other stuff members just the assistant manger is rude and clearly has no people skill or has no clue how to work in the public eye. This review wasn’t to make other think bad thing about the pub , everyone is open to their own opinion don’t like it don’t read the comments.
