It is terrible expensive for East European to live even in this "hotel". Smallest room I have ever seen. But I have found out, that prices and room sizes like this are preatty normal in UK. The staff was friendly. Only reason I do not give full five stars is terrible WiFi signal. Internet speed and ping is horrible in whole UK, but WiFi signal at hotel could be better.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had - and I travel a lot. There's a huge pile of ash in the back garden where I think the manager burnt his hopes and dreams. Before arriving, we had briefly asked to cancel because my boss said he might need me for work. Then we reconfirmed we were coming. When we arrived, the manager screamed at me and called me a liar. I offered to let him speak to my boss. He screamed at us to get out. We left and stayed elsewhere. I seriously think he might have mental problems. The staff are clearly terrified of him. He should not be in an occupation in which he has contact with people. If you want a relaxing stay, stay away.

Terrible place with an incredibly rude manager. After a confusion over our phone booking the guy refuses to rent a room when we arrive, despite having availability. He was Rude, aggressive and intimidating to two women because of a misunderstanding. Who does that??!!
