Like many other reviews on here mine is on same lines gone to collect meds to be told by chemist not received as next door to doctors went to ask why. receptionist a greying middle ages lady one ive never seen was extremely rude gave her mine name as asked to be told in a condescending voice ask for date birth not name after confirming date birth she told me doctor will sign off meds that evening 4 days after pain meds where ordered . Told her this was not acceptable as been 3 days without pain relief patches she finally emails doctor who replied in minutes saying meds where ready for collection on leaving she turn to her colleague and said thats a name ill not forget . IF this is how you are now treating patients can understand low reviews
I don’t think they care about patients, the doctors they have always change never see the same one twice. I’ve been told I’m a liar by doctors that don’t know my conditions and had to fight to get the right medication. Also been given medication that I shouldn’t be on as they just don’t read about each individual case.nIt falls under neglect. It’s really terrible to had to fight to get the correct medications every week:month.nI’m disabled and can’t just go to the pharmacy whenever they decide to issues my medication I rely on other people. But as it’s not their problem they don’t care.nIt’s completely failing me and my family.
It is extremely difficult to get an appointment at this surgery. I have children under 5 who suffer from vomiting, stomach aches, and high fever, yet access to care is very limited. Communication has become worse since Anima was introduced. Please work on improving appointments and communication.
Can’t get an appt. Use anima they say.. Anima not available. If you suspect you may have something serious. Tough. Can’t get past rockweiller receptionists. I give up. I hope I don’t have cancer Google says is odds on I do. Early diagnosis is crucial. The state of this country. Ive not bothered them for 14 years. They rather you die. One less person to treat.
This GP practice has turned into an absolutes shambles which is such a shame because once upon a time I could not say a bad word about it. Apart from one, the receptionist’s are EXTREMELY unhelpful and lack any empathy! I had a GDPR breach to which all my information and medical history was sent off in another patients referral, When i phoned up to inform them the receptionist spoke to me as if I had done something wrong!nnI’m awaiting test results to which I am due to finish antibiotics but still experiencing symptoms but can’t get a doctor to read the results yet..but when I phone to make an appointment about it, apparently there’s no appointment left.nnIf you’re thinking of joining this practice.. don’t. The doctors themselves are nice but unfortunately being nice does not solve medical issues.
