We went through the drive through and the staff taking our order was very friendly and engaging so much so I actually said this to her which I think made her day, the food not so good not alot of fries as you can see by the pic, otherwise all good just more fries next time pleasex
Worst McDonalds, do not go here. Always have issues. First of all they forgot what our order was so had to repeat it all. I asked for a hamburger to be plain due to my 5 year old son’s allergies. Food came 15mins later after being told to park up. Checked the hamburger and it had been made normally with sauces, onions etc, and then obviously scraped off looking at the state of the bun, clearly not acceptable to give someone with allergies. Waited another 10 mins for another. Got home and opened my Big Mac and it was BARE. It had one gerkin and A piece of lettuce. Adam and Eve had more on than that burger. AWFUL
Was served by a lad called Alfie, he was very polite and professional. He checked our order as we asked before leaving making sure we got what we asked for. He is a credit to Mc Donald's.
I have been here waiting for 25 min before someone can take the order, called them twice and they said wait for a while there is only 3 people working in the kitchen, they doesnt have seperately front of house staff even.
Read environment the customer service need to low self improvement when we order from the Online the collection point not clear even though staff they don’t bother about the when we ask the order numbernnI had a toffee latte when I give my order number they don’t bother finally coffee arrived but it was cold. I ordered a hot coffee but I had a cold coffee. They don’t even bother about any complaints.
