I went in here with three empty pots looking to get some succulents. The lady there was extremely helpful and kind and helped me mix and match the plants I wanted. She also replanted them for me and added little stones in each of the pots as decoration. They have so many beautiful flowers and plants and I can’t recommend this business enough!!
I am over 3000 kilometres away.. my mom passed away, and I was unable to attend the celebration of life : I ordered a premium flower arrangement and a keepsake heart shaped pot with succulents for my sibling which was delivered with someone else’s name on the card?!?! Also I was surprised at how the flowers did not look like a bouquet costing over $100.00 : Very disappointing.. clearly it’s difficult to find a trustworthy florist. Be Aware! This is what $210.00 looks like from this establishment. UPDATE AFTER CONTACTING THE FLORIST: I called right away and the voicemail was not set up?? Called back first thing the next morning and I explained the situation and I was assured that the owner of the store would definitely follow up with me with a phone call—which never happened..instead I was emailed by the same lady who I originally spoke with, where she informed me that the owner made the bouquet herself and it was definitely a premium arrangement, and that both the owner and delivery driver said someone at the funeral home must’ve put the random card on the potted succulents.. I’m far too upset to challenge these people, but if my review can save someone else from this type of embarrassment, lesson learned. I will never place an order costing this amount of money for something so important without a real live person to do my shopping.
My family and I wanted to show a lot of love and respect towards someone whom was very special, and this spray did just that on our behalf. It arrived at the funeral home within hours from the time it was ordered, was larger and more beautiful than the picture on the website, and the flowers were extremely fresh. We are thoroughly impressed and grateful!
I'm not in London but always try to order from a local business when sending flowers. I must say Flower's Story did not disappoint. The arrangement was for a 40th wedding anniversary and the end product looked exactly like the photo online. The whole ordering process was easy and delivery was on-time. This may be my go-to flower shop in London. Thanks for brightening an already happy occasion.
Flower Story has been my go to flower shop for years! They have the nicest flowers in London by far!! Their arrangements are always so fresh, delivered on time, and made with so much care. I received this arrangement 2 days ago and they still look so lively!
Flower's Story is amazing!!! They did all the flowers for my daughter's wedding. Firstly, Kelly, the owner and all her staff were delightful to deal with and very helpful. They took the bride's suggestions and offered their own as well. All the floral, from the bouquets and center pieces looked soooo beautiful!!!! Everything was above our expectations. The greenery and center pieces on the tables made the wedding reception outstanding. As the wedding was smaller than usual, each household was able to take home a centre piece. People were thrilled. We had many comments from guests of how they were enjoying Kelly and Nicole's artistry and the memories of the day at home. Thank you, Flower's Story for your attention to detail and your artistry in all the arrangements.
Bella was so helpful and patient! Arranged for next day delivery to my friend in hospital. And then..she was moved to a different room overnight and the store delivery person tracked her down and called me to let me know! My friend loved the flowers! Always a relief when you're out of town and can't personally see the flowers. Highly recommend!
Nicole was fantastic, she took the time to listen and ask questions. I highly recommend Flowers Story for anyone looking for great customer service, good price and quality flowers.
Flowers Story is an excellent flower shop. The owners are both so lovely and helpful. We have used them for our wedding and for various special occasions. The arrangements are always so lovely and put together well!
I by chance came across the bouquet of Morning melody as I was seeking purple flowers for my favorite teacher. Ladies at Flower's story were so kind and helpful to customize the bouquet for me and those lavender and pink roses are so amazingly beautiful and fresh. I just randomly searched out the shop and felt so happy with my experience at the very first purchase. I have also ordered the next two same bouquets for my other teachers. Thanks so much Flower's story! My teacher loved it a lot!!! Excellent services!! I needed to pick up flowers at 8am, half an hour earlier than the normal working hours and Britney was so willing to come earlier and help me sort things out. Britney was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate her kind support. Thanks Britney a ton!
