Received these birthday flowers from my daughter as recommended by a dear black cab driver friend - Colours work perfectly- aqua pack sealed well all in all - a very good hand tied bunch. Definitely will go back and use again

Very disappointed. I got two stems of white amaryllis. By the time I got home and unpacked five minutes later, one of the two buds fell almost completely off the stem. Granted, I did not inspect the flowers in the shop due to covid, but one would expect the staff to give a warning or to just throw it away instead of selling it?

The WORST. I have gone here several times and only ever had terrible service - interrupting, rude, don’t accept suggestions or requests. Will never return.
