I have been ordering flowers from the Muswell Hill Flower Seller for special occasions for years. A couple of days ago I ordered 2 bouquets which arrived before 9am this morning, both were truly beautiful bouquets, the guys are always really gifted at making them, the flowers were reasonable and the staff have always been kind, helpful and supportive, they are local treasures, many thanks:

Beautiful flowers, very good quality and reasonable prices, but I would ask their staff to take more care on being nicer with their clientele. My family and I have been living in the area for more than 5 years and we always felt that lacks. A smile pays back and makes client return
Truly the nicest flowers, always put together in the most beautiful, artistically pleasing way at a very affordable price. They last much longer than supermarket flowers presumably because they are fresher, but I think the success of this place is down to the owner and the people who work there. I remember one time some school children in the queue before me were scraping their coins together to buy bouquets for their mothers on Mothers Day. He gave them the most ridiculously good price and presented them with stunning bouquets of roses - this is the kind of thing you will never see in a supermarket. It's always a pleasure to buy flowers here and it's not an exaggeration when I say that these beautiful blooms bring me joy whenever I see them around my house.
Felt like i was more an inconvenience than a customer. After standing in the queue and looking at the flowers while waiting i was asked what i would like. I responded with asking if something special could be made up for my mum's birthday with a higher budget than those bouquets that were already made up. I was told that those were the bouquets they had already made up. They seemed unwilling to make me up something else even though i was willing to spend more money on them. I took one of the pre made bouquets. But probably shouldn't have in hindsight. Flower quality is so so. Lets see how long they last! Wouldn't buy from here again. Overall poor customer service! I expect more for the price paid.
I’m a local, I have occasionally bought flowers here, but they are of inconsistent value. I bought a small bunch of eucalyptus. As they had wrapped it up, I felt obligated to pay - £12, and the attitude was unfriendly bordering on intimidating! I’ll go elsewhere if I want to be ripped off again.
