Urban Flower Co did our wedding flowers for us in May and we couldn’t have been happier with them. They were so vibrant and we had so many compliments.
Extremely disappointing experience! I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to a friend, but the delivery was botched when the courier left the flowers with the neighboring apartment, who decided to keep them instead. It's been over 3 weeks since this happened, and despite reaching out multiple times, I've received no resolution or compensation. The customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, claiming they're waiting for a response from the courier company. If they work closely with them on a daily basis, I fail to understand why resolving this issue is taking so long. The lack of communication and accountability is astounding. I haven’t gotten a single response to my messages for a week now. This situation has caused not only frustration but also embarrassment, as I had ordered the flowers along with another friend, who is now upset with me over the whole ordeal. What should have been a simple and thoughtful gesture has turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service. The lack of professionalism and care for their customers is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else!

We used Urban Flowers for our wedding and so many people told us they were the best wedding flowers they'd ever seen. They were colourful, wild, eye-catching and just absolutely beautiful. I gave them a lot of creative freedom, knowing whatever they'd put together would be amazing and it really was. Thank you so much for making our wedding look beautiful!
Amazing place! I went in recently to pick up a new cactus - the team were incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They had just had a delivery and unwrapped all cacti so I could review. At purchase they were able to offer same delivery! Fantastic service, folks and cactus! Would highly recommend
Have been here a few times and their arrangements are truly beautiful. I ordered a bouquet for a friend of mine and she described them as a "work of art" - hard to disagree! Super friendly team, will be a regular customer!
The most gorgeous plants and fantastic customer service from Rachele! Preferred plant sold out online but Rachele updated me when back in stock, recommended an appropriate pot sometimes difficult to pick online and delivery sorted ASAP next day. Plant was a present and my colleague loved it. Wonderful service and experience buying from The Urban Flower Co. Would definitely use again.

Look beautiful when you pass. But £25 for tulips and they flop within 2 days. Also bought more elaborate bouquet from this place and also lasted only a few days. I know flowers have a limited life and we are happy to pay for quality, but they are over priced and poor. Also no response when we enquired about the above directly.
I’ve used this company twice and I’ve received flowers twice. They are always GLORIOUS, Fresh, vibrant and indulgent. Me describing them is not doing the bouquet I received justice, they honestly are such a treat to receive. I will continue to use this company! The flowers are always consistent and worth every penny.
