I trained there almost 15 years ago.  Until now, I think this is the greatest gym in the world.  I have not encountered such a climate anywhere else.  It was my best time.  Dave the soul man was always there to help and greeted with a smile and played my favorite song "Eay of the Tiger".  Thanks for every minute I spent there.

Signing up at Dave's gym was one of the best decisions I ever made!

Proper old school gym with boxing ring, heavy bags, and speed balls etc upstairs. Dave keeps it nice and simple with the pricing and you can buy protein bars and drinks there if you want them.

Trained at this gym for over 20 years now, it’s part of who I am. Made some great friends at this place.... good for both the body and the soul. Dave is a top man and always willing to help anyone from any walk of life. If you’re thinking about training to improve your wellbeing I would definitely recommend “The Fitness Station” Atherstone.

The best gym in town without a doubt. No nonsense equipment and plenty of advice when you want it. Great atmosphere which is lacking in many other gyms these days

Great Gym,  Dave is friendly and helpful, plenty of room to train, clean and comfortable environment.

Old school bodybuilding gym with the added benefit of a boxing ring, mats and bags. Dave the owner is great and the gym atmosphere itself is excellent. Great gym at a great price!

Excellent gym and facilities, positive atmosphere and a very friendly gym that has knowledge and experience that gets results. If your looking at getting in shape or bodybuilding is your thing then this gym is where to go.

A proper no nonsense gym with plenty of weights, useful machines if that's your thing, martial arts, combat ring and best of all a squat rack with it's own room tucked away so no-one ever curls in there. Friendly staff and good atmosphere.
