For a council place this is rather good. Most staff really helpful and knowledgeable.  Make sure you ask for the 19.99 ultimate monthly membership as my contract is stuck on 35 per month which is still annoying!

Fair in price.  Lots of classes and things to do with the kids. 
Much better now they've extended the hours for the early bird swim. 
Excellent customer service from the lifeguards. Always friendly and happy to help. Greet you as you walk into the pool area. Excellent customer service.

Hit and miss with customer service at reception, depending on who checks you in.
No greeting or eye contact from the older ladies on the desk. Usually talking amongst themselves.
Reception could learn a lot about customer service from the pool staff.

Very busy - but great facilities so I can appreciate why that’s the case! Not tried the pool either, as classes seemed to be taking place? However, perfect location and we shall return again - perhaps during school hours! Charles J

Favourite swimming baths. Plenty of family changing rooms, never too busy and free parking.
