Small but practical gym. They are 24/7 but only if you are in a contract. For daily, weekly or other plans, you can only enter on staff hours from 8 to 8 on week days

Good gym lovely staff all around great!

Great gym, well equipped with helpful staff. Plenty of PTs operating if you need to book a session or two.  Lots of fantastic new equipment just installed!  Pay as you go or membership.  Parking directly opposite.

Everything you need from a gym. Open 24 hours, decent machines and a great selection of free weights. Good cardio options, and you can pop outside for a bag work out. My son and I have both joined and will be regular visitors .... Well semi-regular!!
