I became a member of The Fitness Centre when I moved to Nuneaton from a neighbouring City.It was the first gym that I visited along with some others and pick the best one.It was the only gym I visited as when I seen what they had to offer, with machines and free wieghts plus the cardiovascular equipment and the relaxed knowledgeable staff and great atmosphere that sealed it.Its also kept spotlessly clean.Its 'The king of gyms'

the owner is a fab guy he advises on diet and personal  training he's got many yes experience  in the fitness industry  and will go out of his way to help I've been going for 0ver 2 yes

I've been a member of this gym around my busy and professional work commitments for 28yrs. It's a great gym that offers everything you need from weights to CV equipment. There's boxing bags and a workout area for stretching, skipping and various ground work exercises. All the staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Visited the gym today, I'm from Durham but down here regular now. Anyway I was given a tour and free session by Dave. Lovely bloke who knows his stuff inside out and that reflects in his gym and the equipment. Pretty much all hanmer strength gear and a killer leg section. I was well impressed.
I know there is a puregym opening in town soon which is cheap and good for cardio, but if your serious about getting/seeing results then this is the place. 
I'll defo be back!! Cheers Dave & Peter
