Without doubt THE best value fish and chips I've ever had and I've had a lot, top 3 overall. Huge portions of beautifully crispy, flaky battered fish and proper chip shop chips. Don't worry about under ordering, it'd be almost impossible. Could comfortably feed four adults for under £10 each. Generous portions of sauces and sides. Everything lovely and fresh. Perfect meal after a long drive.
Visited Harwich yesterday and stopped off here for Haddock and Chips. Very friendly people and a massive portion! Really tasty as well and sat and ate it alongside the beach. Highly recommended
Take away cod and chips, maybe the best chips I've had from a chippy, huge portion even though only ordered medium. Bought in person and took them to eat overlooking the sea. Have to assume other reviewers who said chips were hard had them delivered as ours were perfectly cooked. Only gave 3 stars for atmosphere as not really relevant for a chippy.

Living in Hamburg and travelling to the UK using the Harwich ferry often, this fish and chip shop is the first and best stop over ever. Extreme large portions cooked fresh with every order, very friendly team, Best order a size smaller than normal .... only down side is it is cash only.
