Have always ordered from this takeaway. Had some good and some bad experiences (majority bad) but after the last two orders I have placed I will not be ordering again. Staff make you feel uncomfortable, food is always late and tastes disgusting. Had a chicken burger tonight that tasted like plastic, was burnt and chicken was chewy. Ordered an apple pie and the dough was not cooked. And had things missing from my order. Woman who delivered violently rang my doorbell before giving me a chance to get to the door and was rude to me afterwards although she was ten minutes late. It’s obvious that no care is put into their food whatsoever and if I could leave a lower star rating then I would.

Sadly will be the last time I order from here now the minimum order is 15 pound and delivery is 2 pound it's just become too expensive to order for one if I finish work late. Plenty of other more reasonable take aways in town

Ordered two kababs and a garlic bread. They came nearly an hour late with wrong kabab stating the one I asked for was out of stock and this was a replacement made by the chef! I asked for refund and they asked for kabab to be given to delivery driver. 5 minutes later they call to ask me to take it to shop for refund. When i refused due to having a 1 month old baby they then asked if i would accept money off next order instead which I also refused! Awful service, awful cold and late food and awful everything. Guess I have to wait up now for deliver driver to see if they turn up or not with my refund
