Plenty of fancy dress stuff, but I was looking for fireworks, not much of a superstore at all, barely anything to choose from, ultimate fireworks in East Kilbride was a true superstore, if not the best superstore.

I turned up on the eve of my sisters wedding looking for sparklers, for a last minute idea she had for photos. The girls that were in that day were super helpful and lovely. Thank you for hooking me up, I really appreciate it, you made a bride exceptionally happy.

Don't shop at this store, was sent in to buy fire works, bought ones but decided to change them for  different ones and was told that these are  non refundable even though I left the shops for 5 minutes, tried to speak to this arrogant member of staff at the door, he basically smirked at me and told me I wasn't getting a refund, a man kindly said he would buy the firework off me and asked me how much they were, I told him, only for the same arrogant member of staff to but in and say I was lying and I was trying to rip the guy off  even though I had a receipt, and it wasn't anything to do with the member of staff. Will be calling and complaining , shocking place to shop, never again

Turned up about 5 o’clock on bonfire night looking for sparklers. And the lovely assistant actually gave me the last few packets for free. Great service and the sparklers were great too.

Ordered fireworks for a birthday 8 days in advance never arrived despite repeated promises of delivery from courier. Said its nothing to do with them. As after 8 days the fireworks have travelled 1 min across the river I just requested a refund and they had the brass neck to keep the £29.99 delivey charge which after 2 delivery promises broken was changed again this morning. 1 star is too much for these jokers
