Such a lovely bar, the decor is beautiful and the lighting is ambient. The music was great, the service staff were very friendly and accommodating. Their food is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced, as is their range of outstanding cocktails which were 50% off on the day we visited. Very chilled out atmosphere, we will definitely visit again.
Good for drinks but this whole place needs a deep clean, sticky floor, sticky tables, sticky menu! The food is ok, enjoyed the chicken tacos, and their 50% off on cocktails is a pretty good deal. Great presentation on the cocktails.
Great food, nicely served. Lunchtime cocktails half price the day we were there. Can recommend atomic zombie, but everyone's looked good.
We had the afternoon tea with cocktails. It was lovely! Most of the people that were in were there for Christmas nights out with work or friends so the atmosphere was quite festive and nice. Prices were really reasonable especially for the cocktail tree. Staff were very nice and helpful. Toilets are clean and well decorated. Would definitely recommend this place for groups or the girls. I wouldn't say it was a couple's place but maybe round at the other side if the car is quieter. I don't know cause I didn't go round that way.
Lovely lunch, nice atmosphere, staff were lovely. Toilets need a bit of maintenance and the floors were 'night club sticky' even at the bar, which was off-putting for a place to eat. So dropped one star
What an amazing experience we had here. We had booked the Cocktail Making Masterclass for 6 of us. We turned up at 3pm for our booking and unfortunately there was an issue with the table, so as an apology they gave us a complimentary glass of Prosecco. We finally got our table half hour after our booking and started our Cocktail making. Huge shout out to Ali our host who looked after us through our session. He made it fun and he was so polite and patient with us all . After we had finished we were served with our Nachos and chips and we will definitely be going back as the food was amazing and also the service. Great atmosphere too. Only down fall was the sticky floors
The staff don't bring the drinks and forgot the order, we leave early, it's not a bad place they just need to be trained.
We pre booked the ABBA boozy brunch, it was advertised as fun games and sing your heart out to ABBA music. We took the upgraded package to include cocktails and it cost £43 pp. We arrived to no welcome, place looked unorganised, after being left standing when I said we had a booking for the ABBA brunch I was eventually shown to my table by a very unfriendly dark haired you boy. He showed me to me table and just walked away. When the rest of the party arrived all 5 of us we asked when the DJ started playing the ABBA music and games and stuff, we were told there was no DJ, games, wigs, fun etc it was just a playlist playing in the background!. Complete false advertising and I would not recommend at all. A total rip off and if we know we were arriving to basically nothing we would not have booked this. The floors were dirty, the service was slow, unfriendly and unhelpful, the drinks were slow at arriving and the food was way below average a bit of chicken of a brioche bun, exceptionally poor. The ladies toilets were a disgrace, broken doors, no locks on the doors, no toilet roll and basically filthy. We complained to the manager about all these issue. Will never step foot in this place again. Would not recommend. Go to Raddison Red for their Boogie Brunch its a proper 5 star well organised top quality afternoon out.
me and me sister went for a boozy brunch and had the best experince - gavin was our server and went above and beyond to make sure we were well attended to at all times - he was kind and funny and friendly and deserves a raise!! bar staff were also wonderful and kind and cannot fault them at all, highly recommend
Absolutely ridiculous service. If u could give it less than one star I would. Booked a table together 5 as it was my birthday and after having both an original and confirmation email I arrived and was told all the tables were booked up and Infact my confirmation email was only to enter the premises? How does that make sense. Shocking service from the staff to not think to contact me and let me know they’re fully booked but Infact send a dubious email to trick folk through their door. Embarrassing won’t be back.
