Communication was okay but the sample t-shirt I was made was poor quality and the design peeled off before I'd even washed the shirt. I emailed to inform of this but received no reply apologising which was a bit poor. Better T-Shirt printers out there

Printed the t-shirts back to front and was not at all apologetic. I politely asked for a refund and received £20 back out of a £171 order. I understand that mistakes happen, but he was extremely rude about it

Fantastic customer service. I appreciated Robin's excellent communication, the swift turnaround and the high quality of the work. I ordered two running t-shirts which I needed reasonably quickly and these were delivered within a week, despite it being a bank-holiday weekend.  I've ordered running shirts before and either A had to supply my own shirt or B been disappointed with the quality of the printing. With Morton's, the shirt was supplied and the printing is of extremely high quality.  Can't fault them and I'll be using them for all similar orders in futre.

Seriously impressed with the service I received. Sent on a design and with very little notice had t-shirts ready to pick up. They even adjusted my design to my preference when I thought I'd be asking too much in such a short time. The location just adds to the feeling that it's a special secret.

Shocking to be honest. First screen made up was missing an outline and he blamed the file there was no file in existence without the line as it was a drawing and printed it on 5 of our own hoodies after we specifically asked him not to print on them until the test print was approved I have this in writing. We specifically said it was not what we asked for the image was inverted and much smaller than agreed. After all this he printed the wrong image on our whole stock of XXL hoodies. This was the worst customer experience I've ever had

Recently used Morton's to have a special baby grow printed off for a friends sons birthday.  We both watch F1 so I wanted to make the baby grow look like race overalls, found that most place weren't able to do something that complicated.  Robin however worked with me to find a way to make it possible and wee Jim had his present.  Excellent Service, would strongly recommend.

I would love to leave a positive feedback, but the customer service there is horrendous...  One of the t-shirts was completely ruined and I was asked to pay for it in full price. I was even told off that it was my own fault. The rest of the t-shirts were foggy, there were stains on the prints and even some of them were askew. Overall bad experience. Definitely not recommending. Waste of time and money. I am never coming back.

Needed a polo printed for work did it for me in 30 mins great service

Fantastic design and print service with great quality shirt. I have a rough idea of what I wanted and the end result was brilliant.

Superb would highly recommend and will 100% be using them again in the future gave over my ideas and design had them done in a week amazing service.
