I had a lovely experience in the shop with the owner. Adam (another owner) came around on a Saturday and again, another great experience. Adam never sent me the quote he promised. I called the office and they apologised and were going to send it right away. This didn’t happen. Against my better judgement I called AGAIN and received more empty promises. It’s been 6 weeks and still nothing even with my chasing. I am very disappointed in this TERRIBLE customer service!

We were recommended these guys and it was the best choice we could have made. Adam was friendly and professional and was also had such an enthusiasm that was infectious. We very soon we had come up with a plan based on a few pictures, including the fantastic Contura I5 and a 77” Oak beam! Shaun and his assistant upon arriving were just fantastic, Shaun was a able to visualise what we wanted from an idea that was currently in our heads. He sent us regular pictures of progress, the pictures end result is just so much better than we could have imagined. Very tidy and professional. My wife and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic service from the initial visit to the shop, making sure we got the stove we wanted, installation and after care. Adam knows what he is talking about, as did everyone else we dealt with. I highly recommend them. Our living room now looks miles better and I'm looking forward to the cooler weather when I can use it.
