My understanding is that this shop is a franchise instead of just O2. I was extremely thankful for this when O2 messed up the warranty repair I sent them. Don and the team were amazing when I came for their help with it. They were thorough, caring and followed through like you would if it were your own phone. I can't compliment them highly enough.

Its just a 02 shop ,they are 100%
  If you are buying a new   contract *New phone* new  gadjet* ...... ?
  If not , if you want Question's answered about your exsisting contract about your security with 02 online THEY WILL TELL YOU STRAIGHT..
 You need to phone them up 👎👏sort it yourself in other words.  Sales reps only earn money on selling new products .
