I have been to the Finery numerous times for lunch meetings. The location is excellent as its only a short walk from Oxford Circus station. The decor is rather nice but for me personally the food is a bit of a let down. The ambiance is missing something but i cant make out what. I will go back to give it another go though.

Handy for college, Oxford Sheet, BBC etc etc etc. Nice big windows, lots of space, big tables and you can always get a seat. But just a little too Youngsy. Not sure if it actually is a Young's, but there's that feel about it.

Loving the new look and name. Downstairs is chic now. Seemed very buzzy and prices are as they should be for Oxford Circus.

Good food, but the waiter was extremely rude:(. I will go back again as I like the environment and some of the staff in there.

My mate decided that we should all have a get together at the finery, given it's so called 'cosy' ambience. On this particular Saturday a week ago, it most certainly wasn't! Firstly, there was no toilet paper in the ladies. Secondly, I made the mistake of ordering their buffalo chicken wings. OMG, they're the most disgusting, oily, stale buffalos I have ever had the misfortune of tasting!! Thirdly, it took more than 20 minutes to order drinks at the bar as the waiters all seemed to hover around the cocktail corner doing nowt! Fourthly, there was a litter of glasses and other paraphernalia piling up around the tables and nobody bothered to collect them🤔 And finally, the wine glasses were not properly cleaned ! In a nutshell, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING !!!!
