Went here for cocktails. Impressed at how quickly these were made given a lot of places can be slow making them. Menu was good with all the classics. Bar got a bit chilly in the evening when it emptied out and staff weren't overly friendly.

We went to Browns for afternoon tea. The service was poor. No-one came to greet us , very long wait for waiters, even though you see them walking around and pointing to you to argue who's in charge of your table. When the waiter gave us the bill he never came back to get payment, just kept walking around the room. We had to flag another waitress after 10 minutes. The restaurant was empty so I cannot understand the delays. The savoury part of the afternoon tea was good, but the desert was poor. Soggy profiterole, raspberry cream was just awful and the cake seems badly thawed. Disappointing.

Really poor food, disinterested staff. There are so many other choices around here, don't waste your money here, you will be disappointed.

Very poor food quality and horrible service. We had the lamb, sea bass, burgers and tagliatelle at our table. Never ever again!
