Story

The Exotic Meat Company is the London based branch of Oslinc. Primarily we are ostrich farmers in Lincolnshire, although in recent years our retail shop in London has diversified into lots of exciting exotic meats! This has proved to be a welcome move as our customers are always willing to try out new things.

We have a good stock of Ostrich, Kangaroo, Crocodile, Wagyu Beef, Camel & Zebra all year round and other meats, such as Reindeer, as they are available. We carefully source our meats from around the world and make all the products you see at our shop in our fully licensed premises.

Our trading days at Borough Market are Mondays to Saturdays each week where we offer a wide variety of meat (including burgers & sausages) in our chilled counter, as well as a hot food offering too. We try to alternate our hot food choice as much as possible so there is always something new & tasty to try!

We are happy to talk to wholesale customers about larger orders for restaurants and the like. As all our burgers are made by us, we are able to make up bespoke orders if required (dependant on quantity).

Another branch of our business we are hoping to develop in the near future is our website & mail order facility. We hope to have this up & running within the next couple of months so watch this space!!
