Really excellent service.  Ali was very friendly, patient and helpful over the phone. He went through all my requirements with me in detail to help me find a suitable laptop, and just a few days later I'm up and running. Highly recommend.

Really good communication and went out of his way to help.  Delivered the laptop as I am in quarantine.  Laptop clean, looks very well refurbished and almost new.  Packaging also excellent along with instructions.  Have already committed to using the Ethical IT Company again. Absolutely no faults.

We were recommended The Ethical IT Company by a friend who'd purchased a laptop for their son. After Alistair sent us some options to choose from, he took our order and we had the laptops We ordered two within a week.  Both Lenovo laptops Two X240 models we recieved were for our daughters to help with homework/lockdown schoolwork and are extremely good for refurbished models.  Huge memory and an ideal size for the girls.  Excellent service, great communication and speedy delivery.  Highly recommended.

Ethical IT recently sourced a high quality and reliable second hand laptop for me. Advice was on point and the description of the second hand kit was fair and realistic. They deliberately only sell higher quality business machines i.e. those built to last and therefore still capable of performing as a second hand machine. Their approach is environmentally conscious so well suited to anyone looking to minimise there environmental impact. Really pleased with the purchase - it's working well and is proving a great little machine. Found service from Ali to be reliable and flexible in terms of delivery. Good Job Ethical IT :-

I bought a recycled laptop a Lenovo X250 from The Ethical IT Company. Ali   at Ethical IT was very helpful, and friendly. The laptop was delivered promptly in full working order. I would buy from them again though hopefully I will not need to for a while.
