I dropped my laptop off yesterday, it had been slow for years but in recent months it was unusable. The staff were incredibly helpful, explaining what it needed. I left it with them and had it back the very next day! With a replaced hard drive and an updated system. I don't remember a time my laptop ran this smoothly and fast, it's like having a new one! Would highly recommend :)

Appalling customer service and tech team. Sold me a MacBook pro with a known recall fault on it. Didn't make me aware of the fault and then told me it was Apple's fault for not emailing me regarding it. They then refused any kind of refund. I had to settle for them to repair it (even though at first they refused repair as it was a "vintage" machine) where they have now made a BASIC assembly error on my motherboard where the microphone port wasn't avoided on motherboard re-screwing which means that my display is permantatly pink due to a crushed ribbon from their tech team not taking care. Was also returned to me with screw missing and then blamed on me when I raised the issue. NEEDLESS TO SAY: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. My original graphical fault is STILL apparent and all these guys have done is make my life more difficult and left my machine in a worse state than before I asked for their help. Wouldn't even grant them ONE star if I was able to.

Very helpful staff who provide excellent and incredibly quick service! I was so satisfied with their work and so I therefore highly recommend them - they not only replaced my hard drive but they were also able to recover my data. I couldn't have had a better result! Thank you!

Got them to take a look at my supposedly water damaged macbook pro, they told me that it couldn't be switched on and then said repairs would cost me almost £900. I then decided to take my laptop into Apple and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I am now writing this review on my macbook...
