Great staff and great service. Bought a TV with an intermittent fault, took it back and tried to recreate it in store which took some time. Had a coffee whilst this was happening and a good chat with staff who really know their products

Yet again another first class from the Team in Bath. A TV was reserved for me to save a wasted journey, I had great advise on a bracket to suit my room and Mike kindly advised me on the most suitable speaker cable to help my new home set up. I've been coming back to Richer Sounds for 10+ years and would not consider anywhere else for sound and visual equipment and advise. #topteam

Always meant to buy from Richer Sounds, but first time I actually have.
Experience was as good as I could have hoped for.
Walked in and saw staff chatting honestly to other customers, rather than "selling". Max greeted me at the counter, sold me the tv I came in for, chatted about the various models in the confusing range, checked a question I had around the vesa mount, and even helped me carry the tv to my car (hadn't realized they had a car park behind the shop).
Just a really pleasant experience.

Bought a Vogel 2245 TV swivel wall bracket. Excellent product. Not in stock but arrived next day. The team willingly price matched with another potential supplier and even provided an extra length of co-ax cable from the storeroom although not on their books. Friendly, knowledgeable team dedicated to pleasing their customers. Outstanding all round and my first port of call for any TV and hi-fi.
