Thank you so much for my beautiful hand tie bouquets, my son bought me one for my birthday and a week later for mother's day. Both bouquets consisted of roses and lilies. Absolutely gorgeous and long lasting.

Very disapponted.
I ordered a floral tribute for my mother's funeral which took place 14/03/2018 to comprise of ivory roses and stargazer lilies, to lay on the coffin top, additional orders were placed by family and friends also. 
On chosing a florist for such an important occasion, you are placing a lot of trust in them , when entering such a contract. 
The floral dispaly although tastefully arranged, to my disappointment only had 2 lilies that were open? The picture in their brochure illustrates lilies fully opened and this is what I was expecting?
As this was the last act I could do for my mother,  you can understand how I felt on seeing them.
Having provided feedback to the owner Eve, she admitted she had been disappointed also, on receiving the lilies from the flower suppliers, non were open, although I appreciate they did their best to get them to bloom. I would have thought, if they had not opened by the day before they were required, they may not open in time?  Eve did admit she should have phoned me to explain the situation, to then allow me to make a decision to consider choosing another type of flower?
Eve offered to get me some lilies that were open as an appeasement?
I originally accepted this, as thought I could take them to the care home where my mother had been living.   
On reflection I called in at the florist yesterday and spoke with the assistant to enquire, could I just have some flowers in a bouquet for my neighbour to enjoy as she had been a good friend to my mother.
Eve phoned me the morning, offering me lillies, I enquired would they be in a bouquet, she replied they could put a bit of plastic wrap around them?
I declined the offer, as felt the gesture did not make me feel any happier.
I feel very disappointed I have had to write this poor review, but I feel the situation has been very poorly handled by Eve and her subsequent actions.
A considered gesture of goodwill, one I was happy with, would have avoided this, rather than one that suited the owner and not myself. It is very disappointing that Eve as the business owner is giving the impression she is putting money above all else and lacking in empathy.
