Good communication, and very fast postal service with attention to detail and careful packing of a Jellycat toy.  Would highly recommend.

I sometimes call to place an order from another country, the staff here are so kind and always go above and beyond to help achieve my (usually short notice) wishes. Their flowers and prices are great. Can't Thank you enough. They make you feel like family. I will always shop here :)

Beautiful shop! We came from Birmingham to pick up a retired Jelly Cat toy for my little boy as a back up for his already loved one. The staff are all lovely and so many amazing things to look at in shop. We will be returning for some Christmas shopping soon.
