Have used Tomkins for many years and the service and quality are to be praised

After emailing and receiving a great response regarding their wedding services we went to the shop expecting a great consultation. We left feeling like we were the florists and they were the customers... no guidance, no real interest in what we were doing, not even a chair to sit on to discuss the most important day of our lives. The photography they had to show was blurred and the lady we saw seemed to have no passion or understanding to help us make important decisions. We were polite and stayed till the end of the conversation but felt demoralised and really disappointed by the service provided. We were lucky in the sense that we'd been to two other florists that morning so we had a better understanding of what we wanted and what flowers would suit our needs - I truly feel had we not known that we'd still be standing in that florist now listening to "erm.... well you can do whatever you want". Appalling service. Needless to say they didn't get the sale.

We are frequent customers and rate this place highly. The flowers are good and the prices very competitive.
