I've just been in with my friend to buy a couple of bunches of flowers and we wanted them wrapped. They refused and the man there had an absolutely stinking bad attitude which really upset my friend so we had to take our business elsewhere. I won't be returning and I'll be making sure all my friends and family know about what happened.

Absolutely appalling experience when ordering some flowers for mother day 😮 Paul told me he was open on Sunday until a certain time last Thursday when I enquired about a bouquet..,.I went into his shop on Saturday to order one the lady told me they are made up and ready to collect until 4 pm on Sunday 🤔 at that point I paid for a orange one she put my ticket on and took my details then said I will take a number incase your late and we close the shop...I asked if she would ring me...I had a party of 50 people that Sunday and got to the shop at 1 .30 to pick up my flowers and no one was there shop was bloody closed...I went back Monday after I called the shop to ask what had happened him he was so unbelievable rude called me a lier and said you not having a refund I'm closing the shop at 1 pm so come if you want your flowers or I will bin them ...so angry and disguised with him I thought forget it he can keep them.When I drive past air 3.30 pm to pick up my kids the shop was open for busy as usual so yet again he lied about his opening times or to me it seemed like a racist attack against me as I ask to buy the reasonably priced flowers usually when I've been in the past...no way will anyone in my entire family go back to his shop he is such a rude florist and and not a loyal shop owner..I was a paying customer who has been treated with such Ill manners
