Need a cheap pint and good atmosphere, no need to look elsewhere.
Great lively pub .. bit better than the old Tanner..marked improvement..
Whilst no-one would call this the greatest pub in the world, I like it. The bar staff are always friendly and helpful. The regulars are typical regulars so can be a bit insular but happy to chat were engaged. Plenty of screens so you can see the sport from anywhere. All in all a decent boozer. Would have given 5 stars if they did Aspall's.

Great pub friendly atmosphere
The drinks are cheap. Whilst this is not the most upmarket looking place in Skem, the atmosphere seemed OK. As it's my local, I'll go again.
John Dee' s arm is at a perfect 90 degree angle which I've always found comforting Apart from December 22nd 2015. It was 87 degrees. Dislike.
A great pub, blessed by the Archbishop of York, John Setanmu. Always a warm welcome for anyone and a wonderful atmosphere.
