Jason is very charming and makes a good first impression but I have never dealt with a more unprofessional individual in my life. I originally paid my deposit over a year ago and the balance last summer and I am still waiting for the final item ! Jason has an excuse for everything, but nothing was delivered on time or when promised. I would recommend you purchase anywhere but Elephant bathrooms.

Apalling service do not use Elephant bathrooms. We have had a broken temperature gauge on a shower we bought through them for over a year now. They keep promising to solve it and then do nothing.
