Worst company to purchase medical equipment from. Very unfriendly and rude to their customers. Adding extra costs that we’re not discussed or communicated at all. Will never buy from them again. Absolute disgrace.

Extremely rude over the phone with poor customer services. The company I work for buys medical equipment fairly often from them. Would not recommend this place. On top of that, I left them negative review on their FB page. Instead of actually addressing it, they had relative of employee leaving immediately after mine positive comment about fantastic customer services their received on the phone and face to face. When I check the persons profile, I saw that partner is working at Hilditch Group Ltd as Marketing Executive. Have in mind the last review before this was left in October 2015 on their page. I just found this company behaviour to be utterly pathetic.
Won an item on an auction from this company recently. Was described before the auction as being in “fair physical condition with minor signs of wear”. The LCD screen housing was broken/shattered in all 4 corners. One of the four castor wheels was completely destroyed and the remaining 3 falling apart. The power lead cable visible in the picture ad was not included. The machine was described as being operational but it is most definitely not. Intentionally misleading descriptions. Avoid at all costs!!!!
I've used Hilditch a number of times to buy used catering equipment for my restaurant and they are brilliant. Their auctions offer second hand goods much cheaper than anywhere else and it's quality stuff - some good brands. Staff are friendly too. I would definitely recommend this company.
Switched on as always, arrived, paperwork printed, got to warehouse and goods were ready to collect. Covid safe and top staff.. Many thanks as always..
We use Hilditch Auctions regularly and always find the right equipment at the right price. The customer service is second to none and the staff are very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!
Awful company with a bully in charge. Been once and place has a nasty feel about it. Previous 1 star review says it all.
